Tai Chi is designed to introduce our students to the benefits of this ancient Chinese martial art, focusing on improving physical and mental well-being through gentle movements and mindfulness practices. This club typically incorporates warm-up exercises, Tai Chi forms, and may include elements like breakfalls, push hands, and qigong, tailored to be engaging and age-appropriate.
Please send the children ready in their kit and bring their school uniform to change into after their club. Children are supervised for changing after their club.
